Welcome to September! HEART WALK IS OFFICIALLY HERE!


September 1st officially marked the beginning of the 2020 Lehigh Valley Digital Heart Walk Experience.

The month long steps-challenge is now LIVE in the Heart Walk mobile app. Remember: Your steps will be tracked as both an individual as well as a team. So you will not only get to compete head to head with your team members, but also with other teams. Click here to view instructions on how to track your steps in the app.  

Each day there will be a daily challenge and content, such as Watcha Cooking Wednesday, Talk to a Doc Thursday, and so much more.  The daily challenges can be found here (these are different from the steps challenge and are designed to get you moving!)
